Menu FAQ
How buying Sweet’s works in New York, what’s on a COA, and why the numbers move from batch to batch.
Can I buy Sweet’s online?
No. Sweet's cannabis products are sold only through New York State licensed adult-use dispensaries. We do not sell or ship cannabis online. Every product on this menu links to the licensed dispensaries that currently stock it — some of those stores offer their own pickup or delivery ordering, which you’ll find through the store’s menu link.
You must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID to purchase. The only thing we sell on this site is merch.
How do I read a COA?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the report an independent, New York State–licensed lab issues for every batch before it can be sold. Match the batch number printed on your label to the one on the COA, then look at:
- Total THC — the lab’s calculated total (THCa × 0.877 + Δ9-THC), shown as a percentage of weight.
- Total terpenes and the individual terpene breakdown — the aromatic compounds behind each cultivar’s nose.
- Safety panels — pesticides, heavy metals, microbials and mycotoxins (plus residual solvents for extracts). Each should read “Pass”.
Look up any batch on our lab results page.
What does “METRC tracked” mean?
METRC is the seed-to-sale tracking system New York’s Office of Cannabis Management uses to follow every licensed plant and package. Each Sweet’s plant gets a unique tag as a clone, and every harvest, lab sample, package and transfer to a dispensary is logged against it — so each unit on a shelf can be traced back to the exact batch it came from.
How do I find a store that carries a product?
Open any product on this menu and scroll to Where to buy — it lists every licensed dispensary currently stocking that item, with directions and a link to the store’s own menu. You can also browse every partner store on the Find Us map. Shelves move fast, so it’s worth calling ahead.
Why does THC differ from batch to batch?
Cannabis is an agricultural product. Each harvest is shaped by the individual plants, the growing environment, harvest timing and the length of the dry and cure, so lab numbers naturally shift from one batch to the next — even for the same cultivar.
That’s why every batch is tested on its own and the label shows that batch’s results. The numbers on this menu reflect the batch currently on shelves.
Why aren’t prices listed?
Each licensed dispensary sets its own retail prices, so they can differ from store to store. Check the store’s own menu (linked under Where to buy on each product) for current pricing.
