Terpene key.

Terpenes are the aromatic compounds behind every jar’s nose. These are the ones you’ll see on our COAs — and the colors that track them across the site.

From seed pack to shelf

How we hunt.

A cut only joins the library after it earns its place. Here’s the path every Sweet’s cultivar takes before a single jar is filled.

  1. Pheno-hunt

    Pop every seed.

    We germinate whole packs and grow each phenotype side by side, logging structure, resin coverage and nose on every plant.

  2. Selection

    Keep only the keeper.

    Cuts are re-run and compared on aroma, trichome density, bud structure and consistency. Most never make the library.

  3. Cultivation

    Grow it small.

    Small rooms and hand-watering, with cool nights late in flower to bring out color and protect the terpenes.

  4. Slow cure

    Take our time.

    Hang-dried around 60°F and 60% humidity for about two weeks, hand-trimmed, then jar-cured until the aroma settles in.

  5. Lab test

    Prove it on paper.

    Every batch is tested by a NYS-licensed lab for potency, terpenes and contaminants, and tracked in METRC from clone to shelf.
